What is a Sculptra BBL?

Your first 3 weeks after a BBL, you’ll sleep on your belly and have to avoid sitting at all (except for using the bathroom) because your new fat has to learn to live in its new location. If you put any pressure on these transplanted cells, they can 1) die, 2) get absorbed by your body or worse 3) undergo fat necrosis and become firm… ew.
Let’s not forget the serious concerns about whether butt surgeries are even safe. Reports surfaced that the death rate following a BBL is 1 in 3,000. The average death rate of cosmetic surgery is between 1 in 250,000 and 1 in 500,000! So yes, you may get the a$$ of your dreams, but you have to risk it to get the biscuit.
